These terms describe Tonebook's free, answer-based palette tool intended for Muse if the connector is approved. The connector is operated by Sparkwell Studios LLC. Muse has its own terms and privacy practices. Tonebook's iPhone app terms cover the app and Apple purchases separately.
The tool is intended for adults 18 and older. It asks you to confirm your age and choose answers to eight color questions. Do not use someone else's answers or submit another person's information without their permission.
The tool returns an indicative season suggestion, an adjacent option, a 12-color starter palette and practical color ideas based on the answers you supply. If you choose an occasion, it may add a simple outfit idea. This is a self-assessment styling suggestion, not a validated color classification, an appearance rating, a diagnosis or professional advice. Compare the suggested colors with real clothes in similar lighting and use your own judgment.
The free connector does not need a Tonebook account, an iPhone app, a photo or a payment. It does not analyze images, retrieve saved reports or make purchases. A link to Tonebook's separate website may be offered, but visiting it is optional for the free result. Any separately offered website photo or paid service will have its own notice and terms before use.
If you use the connector, Muse sends your adult confirmation and the eight answers you choose to Tonebook and receives the palette to show in your conversation. The free connector does not create a Tonebook profile or intentionally save the answers in an application database. Muse may retain your conversation under its own controls. Do not bypass access or usage limits, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. The connector may be unavailable during maintenance, capacity limits or staged rollout. We may restrict misuse. We do not guarantee a particular season, outfit outcome or uninterrupted availability.
